This “Scott Paul” design is a rolling tickle/prickle pinwheel that fits on your finger.

Inspired by the unique and very popular “Tickler Prickler” The “Windmill” has one rolling wheel and instead of a handle the “Windmill” has a flexible finger sleeve that fits snugly over any finger.

When rolled over the body the “Windmill” creates the unique sensation of a pinwheel and tickling at the same exact moment. Sure to result in yelps of bliss or pleading to stop. The pin wheel is stainless steel and the colored fibers are Mylar. The entire unit is bleach safe and easy to clean.
