Braided Stainless Steel Mesh (Locking) Collar.

This fine quality “Scott Paul” designed Locking collar, is built from a smooth braided Stainless Steel mesh.  Light weight, and very comfortable to wear.

 This collar has a discrete locking sleeve. The collar is locked with a hidden set screw. Included is a decorative Allen wrench key. Plus an extra standard Allen wrench key. This unique Scott Paul designed lock is a stylish look, that goes well with the collar.

   These collars are slender. About 3/8 inch wide, and offered in 3 neck sizes.
