These “Scott Paul” Designed Locking Collars are well known for their stylish designs, unique features, and top quality construction. These “Scott Paul” Collars feature the “Tear-Drop-Swivel-Eye” design. A versatile and sexy connection point that swivels in a full circle, lays flat or stands out straight. Plus two smaller side eyes.

4 different styles of Collars are available. The Black Leather, Metal Wrapped Leather and P.V.C. Vegan Collars are all lined with black velvet fabric wrapped over neoprene.  Our sexy “Red Satin” lined collar has Red Satin wrapped over neoprene.
The lining extends past the collars edge, and is very comfortable to wear.

The “Scott Paul” Locking system incorporates a creative post and buckle design. This allows your Collar to be worn with or without the padlock.  A small chrome padlock with 2 keys is included.

The Small/Medium Collars fit 10″ to 14″ necks. The Medium/Large Collars fit 13″ to 18″ necks. All collars are 2 inch wide.
