These “Scott Paul” Designed Cuffs are well known for their stylish designs, unique features, and top quality construction. These Cuffs feature the “Tear-Drop-Swivel-Eye” design. A versatile and sexy connection point that swivels in a full circle, lays flat or stands out straight.

4 different styles of Cuffs are available.  Black Leather, Metal Wrapped Leather and P.V.C. Vegan styles are all lined with wet suit grade neoprene. This soft and durable lining is 4 mil thick and extends a bit past the edge of the cuffs. Protecting the skin and giving the cuffs a sharp look. Our sexy “Red Satin” lined leather Cuffs feature satin wrapped over neoprene that also extends a bit beyond the edge of the cuff. These Cuffs have a silky and a stylish look that really pops with rich red color.

Your Cuffs may be ordered in locking or non-locking styles. The “Scott Paul” locking system incorporates a creative post and buckle design. This allows your Cuffs to be worn with or without a padlock. Locking Cuffs are $16 extra, and include 2 chrome locks with 4 keys.

The wrist cuffs adjust from 5 to 7 inches, and are 1 and three quarter’s inches wide. The Ankle cuffs adjust from 5 to 9 inches and are 2 and one half inches wide.
